Return and Refund Policy

At Osage Foods, we believe in the quality and flavor of our seasoning blends, and we want you to be as satisfied as possible with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy with your order, we'll do our best to make it right!

Returns

We want to make sure every customer gets the most flavorful experience, but if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return:

  • Email our customer support team at info@osagefoods.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a flavor just doesn’t hit the spot! If you’d prefer an exchange for a different seasoning blend, we’re happy to help. Simply follow the same return procedure, and we'll send you a new blend once we receive the original item back.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives with any defects or damage, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We’ll be happy to either replace the item or issue a full refund for the affected product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns on any opened products, including seasoning blends that have been used or opened.
